"Wood Craft for The Family"

This class is geared for the whole family, but primarily toward the younger ages so there is no age limit. It will teach basic survival, fire safety, fire making, how to be safe in the woods, and survival kits. Topics are chosen to help build confidence in the woods. This is a great class for children who are not very familiar with the woods but would like to learn about the outdoors. The class is from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Bring a picnic lunch and drinks.

A good book to read before hand is "My Side of The Mountain". You can register by making payment in the website store and sending me an email to jcmtnhill@aol.com with your phone number and the number attending and ages of the children. The location will be the Mountain Hill Baptist Church outdoor classroom. The church has a playground for younger ones not attending the class.
